Dennis Amick is a “Place No Limits on Service” guy. Customers are special and should know and feel it. Dennis is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has worked and lived in Ventura County, CA since 1980. In 1984 he started a mortgage company and later purchased an Exit Realty franchise before re-establishing Pierpont Bay Realty at Pierpont Beach in Ventura, CA. Pierpont Bay Realty agents focused on listings, sales while Dennis and his wife, Laural took on the additional responsibility of starting and managing the property management and vacation rental business. Always growing in the business with experience and education, Dennis added education certificates of Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource and Certified Personal Financial Advisor (CPFA) and served on Realtor association’s Board of Directors.

Dennis considers himself very fortunate to have begun his career with Forest E Olson, a Coldwell Banker Company, as a salesperson and later as a manager of first, the North Hollywood Office and then the West Woodland Hills Office in San Fernando Valley.
